What We Do

Children’s Home of Northern Kentucky is a community leader providing children and families with opportunity and hope for better lives by offering both a residential treatment program and intensive in-home services. We operate two campuses – one in Burlington and one in Covington’s Devou Park. Last year, the Home impacted over 700 children and families in a total of 38 counties across the Commonwealth.

In addition to providing direct care to abused, neglected, and at-risk children, we also advocate on their behalf – we give voices to the voiceless. We work in close partnership with the Children’s Alliance to ensure all Kentucky children and families have access to the human services they need. Right now, that effort is focused on the K.A.A.R.E. Bill - a bill that would help fix the child welfare system by strengthening existing laws.
