CHNK Behavioral Health Receives Grant from The Honorable Order of Kentucky Colonels, Enhancing Youth Mental Health Services in Northern Kentucky
COVINGTON - CHNK Behavioral Health, a leading provider of innovative behavioral healthcare programs in Northern Kentucky, has been awarded a $7,000 grant by The Honorable Order of Kentucky Colonels.
The Kentucky Colonels grant, bestowed by the esteemed organization that supports outstanding nonprofits across Kentucky, marks a significant step forward in advancing mental health services for the youth of the region. "We extend our deepest gratitude to The Honorable Order of Kentucky Colonels for their generous support," said Rick Wurth, CEO of CHNK Behavioral Health. "This grant exemplifies the shared commitment to addressing the pressing mental health needs of our youth and their families. Together with our partners, we are dedicated to fostering mental health and resilience among our clients, ensuring their holistic well-being."
The Honorable Order of Kentucky Colonels is well-known for its commitment to promoting welfare and goodwill throughout the state. The organization has recognized the pivotal role CHNK plays in the lives of individuals in the Northern Kentucky area.
In 2023, their grant facilitated the enhancement of the CHNK Behavioral Health campus, creating an even safer environment for the clients under their care, as well as the dedicated professionals who nurture and support them. All told over the years, The Kentucky Colonels has contributed $150,000 to CHNK.

"The grant in 2023 helped to make the campus a safer place for both the clients but also for those that care and nurture the young people," Crose said.
