Program Overview

When to consider outpatient therapy

Youth who are experiencing symptoms of mental health disorders and/or substance use disorders can benefit from Outpatient Therapy.

What to expect

One of CHNK’s licensed clinical therapists will first provide a comprehensive biopsychosocial assessment to determine the appropriate level and type of care. If individual and/or family counseling is recommended, your therapist will work with you/your family to establish a personalized treatment plan for meeting your goals.

Who is eligible?

Anyone – regardless of age – is eligible for individual and/or family therapy at CHNK.

Who will be working with me/my family?

Our team is comprised of licensed professional counselors (LPCA, LPCC) and clinical social workers (CSW, LCSW).

Where does treatment take place?

Outpatient therapy can take place at CHNK’s Outpatient Office, via telehealth or in one of our partnering Northern Kentucky Schools.

How long is treatment?

The length of treatment varies by client and their specific needs/progress.

We’re here when you’re ready.
